    The Belly button: Transumbilical - (TUBA) This is done by making an incision inside the upper edge of the belly button, inserting tube to the breast muscle and creating the cavity, then inserting the bags with tubes and filling once positioned. Tubes are removed . Scars are unlikely and will not be seen in any way.

This practice does cause the most likely visible scars of any of the processes due to the location of the scar and the tissue it is created on.
