For some reason I can’t get into the Wordpress site, the software this blog runs on, to download the latest version. I’ve been trying for many months. I need the latest version because the current version (1.5) can’t handle huge traffic. It’s unstable. This creates a huge load on the cpu, which results in the site getting jammed-up, until the server resets automatically.
I know it’s a major pain in the ass. The site’s admin is on this same server, so I go thru the same thing all you guys do. Until I somehow get a new version of WP, all I can say is the ol’ generic, “Please bare with us”. Plus, it’s a monday. Mondays are always very busy….
